? Set up and execution of competitor/market analysis plan on each quarter.
? Set up and execution of business optimization plan under proper priority and that based on quantified business impact and drive for maximized improvement outcome.
Organizational & Regional Implementation- 40%
? Co-work with organizational and regional leaders on top-down project/program management and being proactive to lead the progress through organizing stakeholders in efficient way and walk through implementation obstacles with flexibility solutions/options of good quality.
Operation management consultancy – 20%
? Leveraging existing tools and reports to understand business performance status on each level.
? Link regional operation management together by offering consultancy support, bridging information and best practice to support on establishing holistic operation improvement milestone to benefit to the entire organization
? 5+ years of experience in project management role, OTA industry or call center industry is preferred.
? Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
? Strong initiative and result orientation. Ability to work independently under limited resources and to initiate clear courses of actions. Ability to deliver quality results under time pressure.
? PMP, 6 Sigma certificate is preferred.
? Attention to details.
? Have social media management experience and familiar with NPS and other scoring system management experience is preferred.
? Full professional proficiency in English.
? Mature, sophisticated attitude / behavior to handle relationship with different levels within the organization and external contacts independently.
